I think it would be the coolest thing ever if we were able to mix it up a little bit with another voice in this department … as in, a little help from someone who not only reads the blog, but who also wants to start contributing regularly.

Just a quick post inviting you to introduce yourself, share your most popular post with the community, and tell everyone a little about your blog. I want to know more about you and what you want from this blog.
Tuesday
It’s becoming more and more clear that the interaction taking place in the comments sections of blogs is on the decline due to how easy it is for people to share a piece of content with friends. Instead of chiming up and exchanging thoughts, people are opting to click the almighty ”Like” button or Tweet it up. This post explores the idea that it’s up to us to spark the conversation and bring back that interaction. We’ve got to roll with the punches and evolve. Ask yourself: What can I do to get people chattering up in the comments section again?

About Pages: How to Hold the Door Open for Visitors
When people click over to your about page, are they really interested in learning about you? Or, are they interested in learning why they should continue reading your blog? Creating a solid about page isn’t about revealing your company history or personal achievements … it’s about connecting with your reader and letting them know what’s in it for them.
Thursday
Scheduling Tweets: Share Your Content Right About … Now
This is a subject I’m pretty passionate about. I’ve always been an anti-scheduling kind of blogger, but one particular tool changed that forever. This isn’t a proper review or recommendation for the tool we discuss … that’s coming soon!
Friday
Similar to Fuel Your Blogging Weekly, this is something I plan to do on a regular basis. Every Friday, I’ll discuss a particular topic and invite you to submit your a link to your blog in the comments. Doing this will let me know that you’re interested in receiving feedback about your blog regarding the topic at hand. I believe I’ve already checked out 80 blogs with the first few critiques offered, so there’s a lot to look forward to in the comments sections in addition to the post itself. Find out what other bloggers are doing, what’s working, what’s not, and how you can improve your blog in some way.
I’m calling it #FeedbackFriday … you can check it on Twitter as well using the hashtag, however, the majority of the interaction and feedback will be taking place directly on the blog in the comments section.
A Look At Next Week
I’m really excited about the lineup for next week.
We’ve got a couple of helpful posts from two new contributors, a look at the search engine that’s making Google nervous (no, it’s not Bing), and a #FeedbackFriday session sure to help you compel your community to read, retweet, and link to your content.
