		<description>I couldn’t agree with you more – I’m glad I found this, I always get the sense I need to improve and thank myself I do - I think this mentality is good in balance 

We definitely learn a whole lot more from our mistakes than success - as long as the overall trend is towards success - the success we have defined

As they say its good to fail so you know how good it feels to win
